About the job Home-Based Customer Relations Associate

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Home-Based Customer Relations Associate to support clients throughout the travel planning and booking process. In this remote role, you will assist with researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that all trip details are organized accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in planning personalized travel plans based on their preferences and budget
Research, compare, and coordinate travel options including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
Secure reservations using approved booking systems and platforms
Provide accurate travel information and helpful recommendations
Handle booking updates, changes, and customer service inquiries efficiently
Maintain organized client profiles and detailed reservation records
Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
